Resilience means overcoming challenges and growing from them. It helps us to get through difficult times and emerge stronger.
In this intensive workshop, we will explore how the forces of nature can support us. Fire, water, earth and air are not just elements – they are teachers who show us how we can develop our inner strength. With the help of movement, dance and meditation, we learn to connect with these forces and strengthen our resilience.
We use approaches from biotransenergetics, a holistic method based on the connection between body, mind and nature.
It helps us to release inner blockages, get our energy flowing and recharge our batteries.
